Thank you for shopping with Baby Byrd! We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

We want you to feel confident shopping with us, so please read the policy below carefully:

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

All sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds, unless a product arrives damaged or defective.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@shopbabybyrd.com with information about your order to discuss a refund or exchange. 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a free reprint or a refund.

  • To qualify, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Please provide a clear photo showing the issue. If multiple products with the same design are affected, include a photo or video showing all items in one frame.

  • There is no need to return the damaged product.

Order Issues Not Covered

Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if:

  • The wrong size, color, or variant was ordered.

  • You changed your mind after placing your order.

  • There are minor variations in print placement (for DTG products, a tolerance of 0.5″ is standard and not considered a defect).

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or other issues outside our control, you may request:

  • A reprint at an additional cost, or

  • A partial refund of your order.
